No matter what type of condition you are faced with on the job site, Metal Door is able to manufacture frames and or screens to suit all of your requirements. Combined with our complete line of standard profile frames including masonary, drywall, double egress and thermal broken frames, Metal Door has the capability to manufacture virtually any custom profile that may be needed. For sidelight, transom and borrowed light units, we fully manufactures them in our own shop. For openings that need to be fire rated, Metal Door offers one of the most extensive and comprehensive labeling programs in the industry, utilizing UL, ULC, ITS and WHI labeling procedures. Two key features of all our frames are that they are brake formed which provides true bends and that all of our product is fully saw mitred. These two qualities mean that the frames and other units have true fitting components for accurate in-shop assembly.
All of Metal Door’s frames are made fully welded construction.
